1. These Rules apply to the free game without obligation of purchase named “Win a VIP trip to the UEFA Champions League match: Real Madrid v Borussia Dortmund” (hereinafter: “the Game”), which is run by the Union des Associations Européennes de Football (“UEFA”, “We”, “Our”), a Swiss association that is located 46 route de Genève, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland.

2. The Game will take place between 1pm CET on Friday 29th September 2017 and 12pm CET on Thursday 23th November 2017 and will be available on the website www.uefa.com/championsleague (the "Website(s)").

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3. Entry and participation are free.

4. The Game is open to residents of the EU with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of companies involved in developing the Game.

5. Children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to participate in the Game. UEFA will not knowingly allow children under the age of eighteen (18) to register to the Game .

6. Every application to participate in the Game must be made by a natural person (“Participant”, “You”, “Your”) by registering on the Website.

7. The access to the Website and registration to the Game requires You to fill in personal details. By registering, You represent and warrant that the information You include as part of the access process is accurate and not misleading. Access may be obtained and used only by: (i) individual, independent persons who are eighteen (18) years old or of legal age in their country of residence if such age exceeds eighteen (18); (ii) those individuals whose registration has been authorised either by their parents or legal guardian if they are below the legal age in their respective country of residence; or (iii) individuals with the right and authority to act on behalf of an organisation or entity for the purposes of accessing and using the Website.

10. To enter the Game and try his/her luck at winning, the participant must:

SELECTION OF THE WINNER

13. One winner will be selected by draw on Thursday 23th November 2017 at 12pm CET via a random selection algorithm.

14. The designation of the winner will happen once his eligibility for the prize has been checked.

15. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such Game. No cash or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

RULES OF THE GAME “WIN AN OFFICIAL ADIDAS UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MATCH BALL” (“the Rules”)

These Rules apply to the free game without obligation of purchase named “Win an official adidas UEFA Champions League match ball” (hereinafter: “the Game”), which is run by the Union des Associations Européennes de Football (“UEFA”, “We”, “Our”), a Swiss association that is located 46 route de Genève, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland.

2. The Game will take place between 6pm CET on Thursday 19th October 2017 and 12pm CET on Friday 8th December 2017 and will be available on the website www.uefa.com/championsleague (the "Website(s)").

4. The Game is open to residents of the EU with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of companies involved in developing the Game.

There will be 6 draws that will take place the following dates: Wednesday 27th September 2017 at 5pm CET, Wednesday 11th October 2017 at 5pm CET, Wednesday 1st November 2017, Wednesday 15th November 2017 at 5pm CET, Wednesday 6th December 2017 and Wednesday 20th December 2017 at 5pm CET via a random selection algorithm.

MECHANICS OF THE GAME

10. To enter the Game and try his/her luck at winning, the participant must:
- Visit the Website.
- Register and fill in the compulsory fields of the entry form, i.e. surname, first name, email address, country of residence, nationality, and gender.
- Declare that the child will be between 7 and 9 years of age and between 1.05m and 1.35m tall on the day of the UEFA Europa League match SC Braga v TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

11. By clicking on the “Submit” button, the Participant confirms his/her registration, confirms having read and expressly accepted the conditions of the Terms and Conditions as well as these Rules and becomes eligible to enter the draw and to attempt to win the prize described hereunder.


PRIZE

12. The Game is made up of the following prize:
- Flights and overnight accommodation in Braga, Portugal for three people (one nominated child participating in the activity and two accompanying parents or guardians)
- Tickets including access to hospitality to the UEFA Europa League match SC Braga v TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (one nominated child participating in the activity and two accompanying parents or guardians)


SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND FULFILMENT

13. Two winners will be selected by draw on Wednesday 15th November 2017 at 12pm CET via a random selection algorithm.

14. The designation of the winner will happen once his eligibility for the prize has been checked. The winners will have to submit proof of the child’s identity, age and height to comply with the requirements and the child-parent/guardian relationship. The winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email during this time. If no response is provided within 24 hours from the draw, a new winner will be selected.

15. Children must be aged between 7 and 9 years old and must be between 1.05m and 1.35m tall on the day of the UEFA Europa League match. Children outside of this age and height limit will not be allowed to participate in the activity. Children must be physically and mentally able to perform the activity required. Children need to understand English. Children are required to bring their own black or dark sport shoes (if possible Adidas branded or unbranded).

16. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on match night and must be available for a rehearsal prior to the match. Rehearsals typically begin at around 4pm on the day of the match but full details and timings will be provided to winners following the close of the promotional period. Parents or guardians will not be able to accompany the child into the changing rooms, tunnel or pitch. Each parent or guardian will need to sign a disclaimer allowing i) two named FedEx, UEFA and/or Club chaperones to escort the children around the stadium on match night in order to perform their duties; ii) the child to be photographed and filmed (possibly appearing on terrestrial and/or satellite TV).

17. If the date of the UEFA Europa League match or any associated travel takes place on a school day, that child’s school must be informed and special consent must be given. Approval by the child’s school is by no means guaranteed by UEFA. UEFA reserves the right to request a letter of consent as necessary before a prize is formally awarded.

18. On the day of the chosen UEFA Europa League match, confirmed winners must be able to show on request their confirmation email, with the date and time the email was received, as proof that they are a verified winner. The confirmation email will only follow once a winner has spoken to a UEFA representative by phone to clarify that the nominated child is eligible to win the mascot prize and is subject to adhering to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

19. Only the nominated child who has been verified as eligible by a UEFA representative and awarded the prize, is able to take part in the mascot experience. No alternative child is allowed to attend on behalf of, or instead of, the originally verified mascot. If the child is not the same child that was verified by a UEFA representative during the verification process prior to the event, they will not be permitted to take part. Should the parent or guardian of a child need to change, this change must be communicated to a UEFA representative at least 24 HOURS prior to the event and the original parent or guardian must sign a consent form to approve this change.

20. The parent or guardian should bring valid photo ID by way of a passport

21. Failure to comply with all of the above may result in the prize being forfeited and UEFA may at its absolute discretion award the prize to an alternative child at UEFA’s discretion without liability to the winner. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited.  Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by UEFA and the prize will be declared null and void.

23. UEFA will not be held responsible for the winners and/or guests not taking advantage of the prize due to health or any other reason.

UEFA is subject to Swiss data protection laws when collecting and processing personal identifying information.

27. The personal data gathered is only collected and processed by UEFA and /or this third party for no longer than is necessary for handling Your request, unless otherwise provided by law.

28. The winners and/or guests agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This may include but is not limited to photographs taken which may be used for publicity purposes. By entering this promotion, the winners and their guests grant UEFA the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this promotion or in connection with the marketing activities of UEFA, or otherwise. The winners and their guests further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of UEFA.


APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

29. These Rules and the relationship between You and UEFA shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. All disputes in connection with these Rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.
